1. Scope

RTM Insights provides consultancy services and the RemindMeRick application, which stores and retrieves content you send via WhatsApp. Information is provided “as-is”; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

2. Licence to process data

By sending content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for operating RemindMeRick.

3. Opt-out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP in WhatsApp or emailing support.

4. Sensitive data

Please do not send credit-card numbers, medical data, or other highly sensitive information via WhatsApp.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RTM Insights is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
